Alert: Repeat Prescriptions

Please do not order your medication more than 1 week before it is due.
For repeat prescription requests, please allow 3-5 working days for the practice to process your request and have your medication ready. If you require extra medication or are in short supply, please speak to the Dispensing team.
If you are a non dispensing patient, the practice aims to have your prescription sent to your nominated pharmacy within 2 working days.
How do I order?
To order repeat medication, please use one of the following 3 options:-
1. Online services such as the HS App or Patient Access. If you need any assistance with the NHS App, please ask at reception where the team will be happy to help.
2. Email - send requests to yoxall.dispensary@staffs.nhs.uk
3. In writing. Please leave repeat medication requests in the black box by the front door, or the yellow box just as you enter the main front door
